My new ice maker not working

I got my ice maker yesterday fro filtersfast.com for my kenmore elite coldspot, the FSP model 2198597, install it and got my first ice a few hours, it fills the tray with water again, and the ice got hard but after a long time, the ice stays in the tray and nothing happens, the plastic arm that push the ice out is up but not moving to push the ice out, I took out the ice maker and rinse the ice out and put it back, same thing, fill up the tray with water, the ice hardens overnight, the next morning still no ice, the hardened ice is still in the tray, empty on the ice tray bucket, I was thinking it might be the water valve, but it did fill the ice maker tray, so I'm thinking maybe I got a bad ice maker, or maybe I miss something, please advice, thanks.
