Mold Heater Doesn't Activate - Universal Modular Icemaker

I have a universal modular ice maker that stops when the fingers contact the ice cubes. The mold heater has continuity but receives no voltage after the internal thermostat starts the harvest cycle.

Does anyone have a schematic, or has mapped out the tracks activated by the ice maker motor that would show me how to fix this problem? I appreciate any info.
