Needed Some WWTP Management companies name near Iowa

I have a small factory plant near Iowa. I have been approaching some of the WWTP Management companies near to my factory plant for past 2 weeks. As I have noticed that large amount of water goes waste after using it (Waste polluted water), so I was thinking to treat that water for reuse purpose. As I have approached many of them, but finalize www.questinc2.com , Is it a Good company ?? or could you please suggest me some other good companies near to my factory plant.
