new water filter issues

Hello,
I ordered a EDR3RXD1 water filter for our fridge. I swapped it with the existing water filter, but water barely trickles out when you try to get water out of the fridge. I've re-seated the filter multiple times, but the issue persists. I have no issues with the water flow when using the old filter. I've also tried another filter I purchased from Home Depot, yet the problem continues. Any ideas?

I ordered PureH20 filters (PH21310) for my samsung frig have tried two filters and both leak water when inserted. The old filter has two o-rings while the PureH20 filters have one. Did I get the wrong filters?
