GE SmartWater filter GWF - Low Water Pressure

I just replaced the filter in my GE fridge with an MWF SmartWater filter. Now, when we attempt to access water from the fridge door there is a total lack of pressure - it just dribbles out. Any ideas on the source of the problem, or advice on how to get the pressure up?

What is your refrigerator model number? Also, how long has the new filter been in use and are you on city or well water?
