Kinetico plus VX Deluxe Membrane housing leaking

When I purchase my house it came with a Kinetico Plus VX deluxe RO system. The membrane housing started to leak water from the top. I purchased a new membrane from Kinetico and I installed it. The problem persists. What can I do to fix the issue? thanks for the the help
