  • Rain Soft RO 9591- little water

About 3 weeks ago I changed the sediment and carbon filter then a few days later I changed the RO filter it worked fine for weeks then I lost pressure so I charged the tank it worked good for a few days then very little water. checked every thing, is it possibly the new m-t1810r12 ro filter?

Can you deescribe how you "charged" the tank? Did you notice any 'burping' of water out the faucet?

I used a compressed air tank to fill tank seem to have a slow leak, no bubbles at faucet except when changed filters, this seemed to start when I did flush.

The reason I asked is because when you fill the tanks with air, the tank should empty of water. The air pressure should be between 7-9 psi. After filling air, let stand and see if there is a leak before filling with water. You're bladder may be waterlogged.

Is your tank steel or plastic?

The tank was completely empty of water when I filled it with air. The tank is fiberglass with a rubber bladder. It kind of acts like I'm not getting any water through the RO filter. When I take the line off to the tank I only get a drip every 4 seconds. Thanks for any help.
