I have an Omnifilter R02000. What filters need to be replaced, and how often do I need to replace them?

You need four filters: T01 pre-carbon filter, CB1 post-carbon block filter, OM1 membrane filter, and the K2533 post-activated carbon filter.

The T01, CB1, and K2533 should be replaced every 6-9 months. The OM1 membrane filter should be replaced every 2-4 years, depending on the quality of water.
