Where to order replacement filters...

I have a Kinetico RO system (black tank) and I have been searching on-line to find a source for replacement filter cartridges. I am in need of a Prefilter (Part #9461A) and a Postfilter (Plus VX Deluxe - Part #9307A). Any recommendations for a good source? Thanks!

Dealer for most part.. if I remember right the filters are theirs and theirs alone..

Thanks - unfortunately the dealer by me won't sell the replacement filters without also coming to install them (which is not something I want to pay for). Does anyone know of a dealer that will sell the filters and merely ship them to me?

I don't buy that. NO Kinetico dealer I know would ever refuse to sell you replacement filters. Even a membrane, which would require some knowledge and tools, would be refused. Tell you what, let me know the dealer and I will make a personal call to them for you and confirm their policy. Sorry, that is just too strange. You can send me a private message.

Thanks - and I guess its possible I misunderstood them or I just assume the worst because of previous experiences. The dealer is called Waterworks and they are located in Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY if you want to give them a ring. I'm curious about what they will tell you.

I called the store at 504 highway 33, Perrineville, NJ, 08535, and they said come on in and pick them up...no problema!!!

You should never have a problem getting these filters and instaling them yourself. You could ask any questions there abnout switching filters and they will be helpful. I spoke to a woman, but didn't ask her name.
