Kinetico Model: DWS Plus Deluxe VX02 -- water leaking from top of RO module

I have a Kinetico Model: DWS Plus Deluxe VX02 system installed. Water is pooling in the open space at the top of the RO (middle) Module and then starts leaking down the side. The drip rate is approx one drip per second. I have removed & inspected the RO module and see no apparent flaws - no cracks, etc. I have removed & replaced the module multiple times making sure it clicks into place. After turning the water back on it takes about 30 seconds for the drip to start again. The 2 outside filters were replaced earlier this year. The unit has neeb installed for approx 7 years. What is causing the pooling & how do I stop it?

I too have a leak in the head module of my Kinetico GX system, although mine is at the end of the module, above the pre-filter. I do not see any kind of joint or seam where the water could be leaking from. It looks like it is just leaking maybe from a stress crack? Does that happen in these units? It is approximately 10 yrs old, and is safely tucked away under the sink and never jostled or moved.
