Can anyone please tell me how to reduce HIGH TDS. The following are test results that where provided on 11/5/14
pH- 8.6
TDS - 1800 ( previous test done in April was 1221 )
Iron - trace
Manganese- ND
Copper - trace
Nitrates - ND
Sulfides -ND
Tannins - ND
The iron stains the sinks, tubs and toilet bowls with an orange color. I already have a RO drinking water system, but was wanting to know if there is a whole house system that would filter out some of the solids and iron. I have been told that I could install a three stage filtration system and that would help reduce the High TDS but would like other input.
