Hello,
I have a Microline CTA-3 undersink ro system that I have used for about 10years. It has been a great system, but after pulling it for a kitchen remodel, I am having problems getting it up and running again. I purchased a new pack of filters (Prefilter, Membrane, Post Filter) and 4-gallon storage tank (Apec Tank-4).
After hooking it all back up, it seems that all of the water is going out the waste line into the drain, while no water goes into the tank or to the faucet. I am currently using clear polyethylene tubing from the manifold to the tank, as the original yellow line wasn't long enough. It is easy to see that there is no water movement through that line. The tank had 7lbs of pressure from the factory, which is recommended. I let about a pound out in an attempt to remedy the problem, but still saw no movement of water into the tank.
Also, I tried running the system after removing all of the filters, just to see if I could get water to the tank, and still nothing.
Not sure what to do at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
