NEED HELP! RO system not filling tanks.

So we have had our system for about 7 years.... We had it serviced all that time till the man decided not to come anymore. So I am trying to learn and fix it. So the system was slowing down on water production and we changed the 3 bottom filters. Than 3 months later we were running out of water again so we changed all 5 filters including membrane. We have a generic system with no name on it. So I have changed all filters (I bought a 10m sediment and 2 carbon filters at lowes, than the membrane and the polishing filter. All seemed okay but the tanks were never full of water and we would have water till about half the day and no or little water. So I just purchased 2 new tanks (replacing the 2 older tanks) Thinking it was the tank and bladders. So I have one had that installed for about 2 hours and keep checking the water and it just flows and than slows and stops... I know I need to wait but I am getting so frustrated and discouraged thinking I am not able to fix it. The pressure going into the system seems fine (meaning I turn it on and it seems good. ) Than it goes though the 3 filter housing and it is way slow coming out of it . So I wonder if I have gotten the wrong filters, that are filtering to much... Or what any ideas of help? THANKS for any help.
