GE Profile/ no water

3 mos old and has quit working. Changed both filters and membrane.
Took the feed of the storage tank (Under sink) and theres a steady slow trickle of water. What might cause it to not enter the tank ? Pressure ? Tried to see if something was lodged in there. When I poke at it it feels like there a rubber something or other at the top of the tank. I mean less than 1 inch in from the valve top . Is this normal ?

Issues w/ System

It actually sounds like you may have a defective part in there somewhere. I would actually try calling the manufacturer because if your system is only 3 months old it is most likely under some sort of warranty. Technical support can usually help you determine the problem and then either replace any parts necessary or replace the system. Hope this helps.
