well ive had the filter for a couple of years now it has a 1 micron sediment pre filter anda also a charcol pre-filter (10" both sediment and charcol) also i have a 10 micron sediment hooked up before it.
i regulary change the 2 pre-filters (1 micron and charcol) that are conected to the unit as well and the other not connected to the unit.
well this week i went to change the 100 gpd 2012 reverse osmosis membrane with one i got at the time of purchasing the whole unit (gotta have backups) and when i went to put the new membrane in it will not give me fitered water out of the purified line and the waste line is just dumping water out.
the replacement membrane is for this unit but has been sitting out since the day i bought it.
