kinetico vx plus deluxe draining constantly

It has been running for days now. I have been out of town for a few weeks and my wife says it has been draining into the sink since I left. I guess if I disconnect the quick flow tank I don't know what do look for. Any help is greatly needed as I dont want to spend $115 just for a house call if it is something I can do.

One of the pistons in the tank module has failed. You'll need to replace the tank module (the part that threads onto the tank that the lines tie into).

Thank you I will look for one now. Do you know of a good website or do I have to go direct with Kinetico?

You'll need to find the nearest Kinetico dealer in your area to get one...whether you DIY or want them to replace it is up to you.
