sears replacement filters

Replacing filters for the Sears undersink model 625.384600 which requires Sears filter numbers 42-34377 and 42-34370.
Culligan D-250A set says it replaces Sears 34377 & 34375.
Will the 34375 fit the 34370? It looks very different.

My countertop water filter house is made by Kenmore at Sears. I recently bought filters 34373 from you(CP-7529937 ), saying it is compatible for what I used before. However, once it arrived, I had difficulty in replacing it in the house. The shape looks like the same but a slightly difference at the bottom layout, so it is now not possible to tight up. Water leaks at the bottom when it runs. Mine concerns for the water in MD is because it contains Chlorine, no good for stomach. I ask 98% dilute. So far, I leave the new filters in the box, the old one(34360) is still in use. If I read this forum, it would be better.
