Terminox iron filter

I am considering the Terminox ISM and a chlorine injection pump from budget water. No doubt the system will work, I'm concerned about the possible lack of customer support. Opinions from consumers of the product are obviously a key component to my decision. I would definitely welcome any updates from Termonix customers from budget water. As well as any updates from previous posts in this forum. Thanks for your help!

Troy, See my complete post on this iron filter, I covered the installation from start to finish and gave the final results, it is at the bottom of this page. Budget Water is my preferred means of purchase, but can also hope the phone service has improved. I did buy a Professional Iron test kit so I can always be sure the filter is working, since it is maintenance free. I test hardness. TDS, Iron, PH, on a monthly basis just to be sure I am on top of my water, "its life".

you are welcome, hope it provided you with some helpful information. I was like you, I needed insight on what I was buying, and no one seemed to have the time to provide the proper direction, unless of course they were selling something. I am a home owner with nothing to sell, just possibly helpful information, I learned through the school of hard knocks. The iron test kit is hard to get since it uses Professional reagents, that they do not like to sell to just anybody. I had to order and follow up many times before I got the kit. It was the only way I knew my Iron filter worked and is continuing to work. Good luck!
