May be moving to south Florida

Looking to move to the Naples area and it seems every home East of 41 has an extensive filter system. And they keep them outdoors. Has anyone set up a system in the South Fl area? A realtor said they run 5 to 7 thousand. That seems high to me. What could they be removing from the water? Unless that includes the price of the well.

Figure your water cost tripled if you have to remove sodium (salty) water. I know a water treatment specialist in your area.

I know its about $200/ month if you have town water with a average home on Marco Island. But that is with a lawn sprinkler system.
I heard if you put enough casing you might be lucky enough to get sulfur water instead of salt water in rural Naples.
