Kleen Plus

My friends have a very old Kleen Plus whole house system. It's at least 13 years old (when the house was purchased)--maybe much older. The filters have not been replaced since the house was purchased. I'm looking into replacing the filters for them, but I can't tell what model it is in order to determine what filter I need. Maybe they just need to get a new system put it. Does anybody recognize this dinosaur?
