autotrol 960 error code

what is error code 3 and how to get rid of it. the control valve with it plugged in keeps cycling thru regen cycle. i have to unplugg it

The "home" switch is open and it should be closed.
Either the cam shaft has been manually rotated out of regeneration complete setting and needs to be rotated to the correct postion, or there is a faulty motor, motor drive or switch, all of which the control needs to be replaced.
