Clack has decided to stop allowing internet sales of their equipment in order to protect their OEM suppliers and reduce the number of calls from homeowners regarding parts and service. A good move as many of these dealers come and go and then leave their customers high and dry. This is a copy of the EMail sent out by Clack regarding the matter. Clack will allow internet dealers to sell replacement parts for now but I would suspect that most of these dealers will choose to dump the parts sales and switch to another manufacturers product. I also suspect that Fleck will probably follow Clacks lead in the matter.
