They underestimated by half how many 'valves' were being sold online. They said 300-400, one distributor is selling all but 300 by actual count and that was after going through only 70% of their dealers. Clack has no way to tell how many valves are sold online unless their OEMs do an actual count of their internet dealers sales and they must do that by hand/manually. And Clack agreed that is the only way to know. I know because they told me by phone and emails. How do you know what you are talking about?Originally posted by somedumbnameClack is doing what is best for Clack and it's internal numbers undoubtedly prove that to them or they wouldn't have made this decision.
Name us another water treatment equipment manufacturer that has shut off internet dealers.Originally posted by somedumbnameThis is not the first time parasites, leeches, and whores drove a company to clean up its distribution and it won't be the last.
Please, describe what you are talking about and tell us what I lie(d) about.Originally posted by somedumbnameWhen your close is I'm smart and EVERYONE else is stupid...
When you bully and demean and insult and lie...
Yes I sound weird huh, I buy something and I stupidly think I can do with it whatever I want to!!! Like sell it to someone or give it away or bust it with a hammer in the town square.Originally posted by somedumbnameWhen you tell the manufacturer "I can do whatever I want to with "The Valve" once I have bought it"...
I guess that's why you've decided to be anonymous and hide you identity.Originally posted by somedumbnameWhen you $hit where you eat... your food will taste like it.
Justice for what? BTW, if I were the cause of Clack's decision, I would think it smart of them to SHUT ME DOWN and not all internet dealers. And if they had enforced the contract all their OEM/distributors signed over the last 10 years, they wouldn't be shutting down all internet dealers.Originally posted by somedumbnameNow, if Fleck would cut Gary off that would be justice.
I see in another reply (above this) that you say you were a customer of mine. Prove it and then describe your problem and what you and I have or haven't done about it.

Both Clack and your distributor told you what they wanted you to hear, nothing more.Originally posted by Gary SlusserThey underestimated by half how many 'valves' were being sold online. I did not limit my comment a specific company or industry. You read what you want to see instead of what was actually posted and then pick a fight based on your illusions.
You're not disputing bully, demean, or insult only lie. Your therapist will be pleased with your progress.Originally posted by Gary SlusserPlease, describe what you are talking about and tell us what I lie(d) about.
Your posts all over the internet, including in all the forums you've been banned from, are out there for all to read.
In your reply you used the word please... did you choke on it as you typed it?
Always have always will.Originally posted by Gary SlusserYes I sound weird huh...

I don't presume to speak for Clack or anyone else as you do.

And yet so far you are nothing more than an anonymous person with a personal attack agenda.Originally posted by somedumbnameYour no doubt is based on your assumption from a Google search while there are those, and I am among them, who were customers of Gary's and have real experience, good and bad, not unsubstantiated assumption based on a Google search.
The content of my post is 100% accurate word by word.
There is a lot more to the Clack story and a lot more to Gary than you know.
So far you've not shown any proof of your claims and no examples of you or other customers of mine with a complaint against me, or shown any courage to do more than make these anonymous claims.
How about posting or PMing or emailing me the links to your and the other customers complaints you claim. For over 5 years I have had Google Alerts set for my and my company name and Google (and I) can't find any of my customers complaining.
Hows'bout you simply state who you are and what your equipment problems are and what you and/or I did or didn't do about them?
